website history

picture this, it was 2024, blah blah blah and for some reason i wanted to make a website.

the first edition

it started how all of them start, a basic white background and black text. this was the beginning of wavypurples.tv.

the second edition

it was kinda bad, made with ai cuz i didnt know how to code, and it was in general just pretty weird.

the third edition

ditto, but dark mode

the fourth edition (material)

ditto II, when it started to get purply.

the fourth edition (supernova)

developed around the same time as material, supernova was a cartoonish design inspired by a website that doesn't exist anymore.

the fifth edition (supernova+)

supernova+ is my second favourite design i ever made. it was the first design to be how i imagined it to be in my head

the sixth edition (flashypurples)

inspired by websites such as homestar runner, flashypurples is the current design of this website. it's my favourite design due to its retro-ness and being flash/ruffle powered.
